Friday

Treatments commence

Fresh juices and broths will be provided to be consumed at your leisure. There will also be supplement schedule including activated charcoal to mop up toxins from the digestive track along with magnesium to help you relax and sleep well.  All will be provided.

Friday Yoga session begins around 10am.

Treatments begin around noon in pairs. While one person is getting a coffee colonic, the other receives a  Zero Balancing body work and then they switch over.

The coffee colonic is important as it helps empty the bowel of waste making the fasting process more pleasant as the body does not have to deal with toxicity from the colon. The coffee retention half way through the colonic further supports the detoxifying process by supporting the liver. The colonic will also give you a great empty feeling.

The Zero Balancing session is great for releasing tension from the bone structure and bringing balance to not only the physical body but the mental and spiritual body as well. People often notice theyhave more movement in their body after a session and they feel more grounded. Most importantly it feels really good!!

The evening is free to swim, go for a stroll and do as you please.

Saturday

Treatments continue along with Art Fun!

Again juice, broth and supplements are prepared fresh and consumed at leisure.

Treatments of colonics and reflexology are again done in pairs.

Reflexology addresses the whole body through the holographic points in the feet helping the body further detoxify and strengthen.

The afternoon will be spent having fun with paints, believe it or not you will be the creator of a fine piece of art which you will then take home as a souvenir. This will all be done under the expert guidance and support of a art teacher that specifically works with everyday people with no experience to create amazing works of art!

Sunday

Closing the Retreat

The retreat is now coming to a close. Sunday will begin with a yoga session.

Treatments of colonic with probiotic and lymphatic drainage will take place in pairs.

The probiotic colonic cleanses the colon and then a probiotic implant is left in the colon at the end of the session to help balance the gut flora at the end of your cleanse.

The lymphatic drainage helps release any excess fluid at the end of the fast and release any residue yet needed to be released.

You can start using the oral probiotics in the evening to help build new balanced gut flora.

Monday

Ready to go home

Check out is 11am. You are ready to go home!

Back to Food

How to resume eating again gently

It is advisable to start with simple cooked food such as vegetable soup. Refrain from fresh foods such as salads as they can be irritating to the colon. Then in the days to come slowly start adding more foods, cooked meats, roasted vegetables and then raw foods.

You can continue using your supplements until you run out, especially the oral probiotics.
